SCENESSE® approved for EPP in Canada

CLINUVEL announced that its drug SCENESSE® (afamelanotide) has received a Notice of Compliance from Health Canada for preventing phototoxicity in adult patients with erythropoietic protoporphyria (EPP). This marks the fourth regulatory approval for the drug, following authorizations in Europe, the U.S., and Australia. The approval is based on demonstrated long-term safety and clinical benefit, with over 21,000 doses administered globally.
