Sanoma Oyj announced the composition of its shareholders' nomination committee on June 12, 2026. The committee, consisting of representatives from the company's four largest shareholders, will prepare proposals for the board of directors' composition, selection, and remuneration for the annual general meeting. Juhani Mäkinen was elected as committee chair, with Timo Lappalainen serving as expert member.
