Sampo Oyj mitätöi hankkimiaan omia osakkeita

Sampo Oyj has cancelled 37.8 million of its own A-shares following a buyback program conducted between May and September 2026. The cancellation reduces the total number of A-shares by 1.42% but does not affect the company's share capital. Since October 2021, Sampo has repurchased and cancelled approximately 400 million shares, representing 14.4% of the total shares outstanding at the start of the first buyback program.
