Roundtable Secures 10-Year, $1 Billion Agreement, Bringing its AI/DeFi Media Operating System to Global Scale and Profitability

Roundtable (NASDAQ: RTB) announced a 10-year, $1 billion agreement with Paradium.AI (NYSE: PAAI) to migrate and operate Arena's premium media portfolio on its AI/DeFi-powered MediaOS. The deal includes Roundtable's $89 million minority investment for ~49% of PAAI and is expected to generate $100 million in annualized revenue and achieve EBITDA-positive status with 100 million monthly consumers.
