Roivant and Priovant Announce Positive Results in CLARITY-1 and CLARITY-2 Phase 3 Trials for Brepocitinib in Non-Infectious Uveitis (NIU)

Roivant and Priovant announced positive Phase 3 results for brepocitinib in treating non-infectious uveitis. The drug met primary and secondary endpoints in both CLARITY-1 and CLARITY-2 trials, with 62% of patients achieving steroid-free quiescence at Week 48 compared to 20% on placebo. The companies plan to file a supplemental New Drug Application in the first half of 2027.
