RENK Group AG stärkt Führungsposition im Marinebereich mit Übernahme von David Brown Defence von Stellex Capital Management

RENK Group AG has entered into a binding agreement to acquire David Brown Defence from Stellex Capital Management. The acquisition strengthens RENK's position in marine defense systems and provides access to Five-Eyes countries, major naval programs including the Global Combat Ship, and submarine drive technology. David Brown Defence brings over 100 years of experience, ~530 employees, and a secured order backlog of over £700 million through 2030.
