Renk Group AG: RENK schließt verbindlichen Vertrag über den Verkauf des Slide Bearings Geschäftes an Miba AG

RENK Group AG has signed a binding agreement to sell its Slide Bearings business to Austrian company Miba AG for a purchase price in the low to mid three-digit million range. The transaction is part of RENK's sector strategy announced in late 2025, focusing the company more consistently on its Defence business. The sale will result in updated 2026 guidance with revenue of approximately EUR 1.4 billion and adjusted EBIT of EUR 240-255 million, excluding the discontinued operations.
