Renk Group AG: Dr. Alexander Sagel, Acquisition

RENK reported a more than 30% increase in order intake for the first nine months of 2026, accompanied by above-average growth in adjusted EBIT. The company is simultaneously ramping up operating capacity to meet production demands. Additionally, RENK has completed its acquisition of David Brown Defence, a Huddersfield-based center of excellence specializing in submarine propulsion systems, following regulatory clearances.
