RENK Group AG bolsters leading position in the naval sector with acquisition of David Brown Defence from Stellex Capital Management

RENK Group AG has entered into a binding agreement to acquire David Brown Defence from Stellex Capital Management. The acquisition provides RENK access to high-value UK and allied naval programs including the Global Combat Ship, with an order backlog of over £700 million through 2030. The deal expands RENK's expertise in submarine propulsion systems and strengthens its presence in Five Eyes countries. Completion is expected in Q4 2026.
