Quantum X Labs Demonstrates First All-Optical HRG Architecture for Advanced Inertial Sensing

Quantum X Labs Inc. (Nasdaq: QXL) has successfully demonstrated its first fully all-optical Hemispherical Resonator Gyroscope (HRG) using optical excitation and readout instead of conventional electrostatic actuation. The technology eliminates electrode structures, reducing complexity, failure points, and electrical noise while providing intrinsic electrical isolation. The company plans to continue development toward deployable inertial measurement units for aerospace, defense, and autonomous transportation applications.
