Quantum-Si Presents Interim Proteus™ Data at World HUPO 2026 Demonstrating a Significant Step Change in Performance Compared to Platinum® Pro

Quantum-Si announced interim development results for its next-generation Proteus platform, showing significant performance improvements over its commercially available Platinum Pro instrument. In control peptide studies, Proteus delivered 30 times more alignments per single chamber, achieved a 4.8-fold lower false discovery rate, and identified 1.6-2.0 times more peptides in protein mixtures. The company projects a full four-chamber Proteus run could deliver approximately 60 times more alignments than a two-chamber Platinum Pro run. Proteus is expected to launch in Q2 2027.
