Q3 2026 Trading Update and Invitation to Earnings Call

DNO ASA reported Q3 2026 production results with North Sea output at 85,364 boepd and Kurdistan at 54,914 boepd. The company completed a multi-asset transaction with Vår Energi acquiring a 5% stake in the Gjøa field, sold its Côte d'Ivoire operations to Panoro Energy for $86.5 million, and resumed production from Kurdistan fields following earlier disruptions. DNO paid a dividend of NOK 0.375 per share and $136.4 million in Norwegian taxes.
