A $93 million affordable housing development called Chapanoke has closed in Raleigh, NC, delivering 200 units for households earning 30-70% of Area Median Income. The project is a public-private partnership between Harmony Housing Affordable Development Inc., Gilbane Development, and F7 International Development, with financing from Greystone Real Estate Capital, Greystone Housing Impact Investors LP, Citi Community Capital, Wake County, and the City of Raleigh. Construction is expected to complete in early 2028.
