Protara Therapeutics reported positive 12-month efficacy and safety data from its Phase 2 ADVANCED-2 trial of TARA-002 in BCG-naïve non-muscle invasive bladder cancer patients, demonstrating a 55% complete response rate at 12 months with no Grade 3 or greater adverse events. The company plans to initiate the registrational ADVANCED-3 trial in the second half of 2026 and submit a BLA for TARA-002 in lymphatic malformations in 2H 2027.
