Portnoy Law Firm Announces Class Action on Behalf of GoDaddy, Inc. Investors

The Portnoy Law Firm has filed a class action lawsuit against GoDaddy on behalf of investors who purchased securities between September 3, 2025 and February 24, 2026. The lawsuit alleges that GoDaddy made false statements about its go-to-market strategy and failed to disclose promotional discounts on dotcom domains that resulted in shorter-term contracts and reduced bookings growth. Following the disclosure of these issues on February 24, 2026, GoDaddy's stock price fell more than 14%.
