Portnoy Law Firm Announces Class Action on Behalf of Capricor Therapeutics, Inc. Investors

A class action lawsuit has been filed against Capricor Therapeutics on behalf of investors who purchased securities between December 17, 2025 and July 26, 2026. The lawsuit alleges that Capricor made undisclosed changes to its statistical analysis plan for its lead drug candidate Deramiocel without FDA approval, leading to FDA concerns about the validity of clinical results. Following FDA briefing documents released on July 27, 2026, Capricor's stock fell 64%, and after an advisory committee voted 9-3 against the drug's efficacy on July 30, the stock fell an additional 36%.
