PMGC Grabs Precision Parts Maker Serving Boeing, Honeywell

PMGC Holdings (NASDAQ: ELAB) acquired California-based A&B Aerospace for $4.5 million, marking its fifth acquisition in 12 months. A&B Aerospace, founded in 1948, manufactures high-tolerance aerospace and defense parts for customers including Boeing and Honeywell. The acquisition supports PMGC's strategy to build an AS9100D-certified CNC machining platform. PMGC shares rose 10.87% in premarket trading following the announcement.
