Perspective Therapeutics Presents Encouraging Incremental Data and Analyses from Phase 1/2a Trial of [212Pb]Bamzireotide Navoxetan (VMT-α-NET) in Advanced SSTR2 Expressing NETs

Perspective Therapeutics announced positive Phase 1/2a trial data for bamzireotide navoxetan (VMT-α-NET) in neuroendocrine tumor patients. The drug demonstrated durable disease control with 75% progression-free survival at 18 months in GEP-NET patients with SSTR2-positive target lesions, compared to 65% for an approved competitor. The treatment was well-tolerated with no dose-limiting toxicities or treatment discontinuations. The company plans an end-of-Phase 2 meeting with the FDA in Q1 2027 and aims to initiate Phase 3 studies in 2027.
