Peer-Reviewed Study of Lifeward’s ReWalk® Exoskeleton Reports Significant Improvements in Daily Activity Performance, Satisfaction, and Pain

An independent peer-reviewed study published in the Internet Journal of Allied Health Sciences and Practice demonstrates that individuals with chronic spinal cord injury using Lifeward's ReWalk personal exoskeleton showed significant improvements in daily activity performance, satisfaction, and reduced pain compared to wheelchair use. All 12 study participants successfully performed kitchen tasks while standing, 10 performed grooming tasks, and 8 reported improvements in bowel and bladder function. The findings support ReWalk's clinical value as Lifeward expands commercial distribution and reports 13% year-over-year sales growth to $2.5 million in Q2 2026.
