Particula Assigns AAA-Rating to WisdomTree’s $1.2B Tokenized Money Market Fund

Particula, a digital asset rating provider, has assigned a AAA-rating to WisdomTree's Treasury Money Market Digital Fund token (WTGXX). The fund, which holds approximately $1.2 billion in assets, invests in U.S. Treasury securities and cash equivalents. The highest rating reflects the fund's regulated structure, conservative portfolio, and institutional-grade controls. The SEC previously granted exemptive relief in February 2026 allowing broker-dealers to facilitate trading at a stable $1.00 per share with onchain settlement capabilities.
