Pardee Resources Company (OTC: PDER) announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell approximately 2,465 acres of surface and mineral property in West Virginia for $23,000 per acre, totaling approximately $57 million. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2026, subject to certain contingencies and closing conditions.
