Pandora appoints Paulo Garcia as new CFO as Anders Boyer will retire

Pandora announced that CFO Anders Boyer will retire on November 30, 2026, after 14 years with the company. He will be succeeded by Paulo Garcia, who joins on October 1, 2026, and assumes the CFO role on December 1, 2026. Garcia brings 25 years of international executive experience from consumer goods companies, most recently as CFO of Walmart Mexico & Central America. Boyer will remain with the company until March 31, 2027, to support the transition.
