Otto Group and Sereact Bring NVIDIA-Powered Physical AI to Returns Processing

Otto Group and Sereact announced a two-phase deployment of up to 25 AI-controlled dual-arm robots at Otto Group's Poland logistics center to automate the complex task of processing returned items. The robots use Sereact's Cortex Physical AI model, trained with NVIDIA technology, to handle unpredictable returns without product-specific training. The partnership aims to test scalability and reliability before potential broader rollout across Otto Group's logistics network.
