Oruka Therapeutics Announces Positive Week 28 Data for ORKA-001 from the Ongoing EVERLAST-A Trial Showing Deepening of Responses Without Additional Dosing

Oruka Therapeutics reported positive Week 28 interim data from its EVERLAST-A Phase 2a trial of ORKA-001, an IL-23p19 monoclonal antibody for plaque psoriasis. The drug demonstrated deepening clinical responses with 71.4% of patients achieving PASI 100 (complete skin clearance) and 87.3% achieving PASI 90, six months after the last dose with no additional dosing beyond Week 4. The drug maintained a favorable safety profile consistent with the IL-23 class. Full 52-week data is expected in December 2026.
