ORIC Pharmaceuticals Reports Inducement Grants under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4)

ORIC Pharmaceuticals granted 125,400 non-qualified stock options and 20,550 restricted stock units to five new non-executive employees as inducement for employment.
