ORIC® Pharmaceuticals Presents Preclinical and Translational Data to Support the Potential of Rinzimetostat to Enhance Sensitivity to Androgen Receptor Inhibition in Prostate Cancer at ESMO Congress 2026

ORIC Pharmaceuticals announced preclinical and translational data showing rinzimetostat, a PRC2 inhibitor targeting the EED subunit, enhances sensitivity to androgen receptor inhibition in prostate cancer. The data demonstrates advantages over EZH2 inhibitors, including resistance to resistance mutations, favorable drug properties, and mechanistic proof-of-concept in patient samples. Results support continued development in the ongoing Himalayas-1 Phase 3 trial.
