Oblenio Bio Closes $62 Million Series B to Advance Tri-specific T-Cell Engager LBL-051 for Autoimmune Diseases into Clinical Development

Oblenio Bio announced the closing of a $62 million Series B financing round led by Pfizer Ventures, with participation from Deep Track Capital, GV, and Aditum Bio. The funds will support clinical development of LBL-051, a tri-specific T-cell engager designed to achieve immune system reset for autoimmune diseases. Recent preclinical data presented at EULAR 2026 demonstrated the program's ability to safely deplete B-cells and plasma cells without causing cytokine release syndrome, with the company planning to initiate first-in-human trials this year.
