nVent Expands Engineered Buildings Manufacturing Capacity with New U.S. Production Facility

nVent Electric announced the lease of a 400,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Goodyear, Arizona to expand production of engineered buildings and prefabricated electrical houses (e-houses). The facility is expected to begin production in mid-2027 and will create over 200 new jobs. This expansion supports growing demand in infrastructure sectors including data centers and power utilities.
