NuScale Power is progressing toward a potentially transformative deal with the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) and ENTRA1 Energy to develop 6 gigawatts of nuclear power generation capacity. However, the agreement remains non-binding without a final power purchase agreement, and the company has generated minimal revenue ($75,000 in Q2) while its stock has declined 75% over the past year.
