Novo Nordisk secured a preliminary injunction from the District Court of The Hague against Ceban Ziekenhuisfarmacie B.V. for infringing its supplementary protection certificate on semaglutide by producing an unapproved nasal spray formulation. The court ordered Ceban to cease sales, remove product listings, disclose supply chain information, and reimburse legal costs. No semaglutide nasal spray has been approved by any regulatory authority.
