NorthStrive Biosciences announced positive Phase III results from its AI-driven drug discovery program with Yuva Biosciences. Four small-molecule candidates identified by Yuva's MitoNova™ AI platform demonstrated statistically significant increases in ANT1 protein expression in primary human skeletal muscle cells, with dose-dependent induction ranging from +29% to +50%. The candidates will advance to confirmatory testing in more mature muscle models.
