The property comprises 3,567 hectares located 90 km south-southwest of Houston and is situated in a region with porphyry copper deposits. The company paid $30,000 upfront, issued 100,000 common shares, and granted a 2% net smelter returns royalty, with additional milestone payments tied to drilling permits and completion of feasibility studies.
