NL INDUSTRIES, INC. ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND AND RESULTS OF ANNUAL SHAREHOLDER MEETING

NL Industries announced a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share payable on June 23, 2026. Shareholders approved the company's reincorporation from New Jersey to Delaware through a merger with its newly formed subsidiary NLI Holdings, Inc., expected to be effective on or about May 26, 2026. The company also elected eight directors and approved executive compensation on an advisory basis.
