Nexans has signed a subcontracting agreement with Hellenic Cables to supply a 110 kV MI cable system of 420 km for the Corinth-Kos HVDC interconnection project in Greece. The project, comprising approximately 1,260 km of submarine cables and 30 km of terrestrial cables, will strengthen electrical infrastructure connecting the Dodecanese islands to mainland Greece. Production activities will sustain Nexans' MI cable production lines from late 2026 through mid-2028.
