Nexans sélectionné comme fournisseur privilégié pour l’interconnexion entre Majorque et Minorque avec Red Eléctrica

Nexans has been selected as the preferred supplier by Red Eléctrica for the Mallorca-Menorca 3 interconnection project. The agreement includes a six-month collaborative engineering phase to prepare for an EPCI contract, with project implementation expected to begin mid-2027. This strategic infrastructure project aims to strengthen the security and resilience of the Balearic Islands' electrical network and reduce Menorca's dependence on fossil fuel-based electricity generation.
