New TALVEY®▼(talquetamab) plus daratumumab data demonstrate the potential strength of a novel bispecific combination in earlier-line relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma

Johnson & Johnson announced Phase 3 MonumenTAL-3 study results showing TALVEY® (talquetamab), a GPRC5D bispecific antibody, combined with daratumumab with or without pomalidomide achieved 81.3% progression-free survival and 89.2% overall survival at 24 months in relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma patients, significantly outperforming standard care. The company has submitted a regulatory variation to the EMA for approval of this combination therapy.
