New PSMAddition data show 58% lower risk of PSA progression with Pluvicto® in metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer

Novartis announced positive Phase III PSMAddition trial results showing Pluvicto (lutetium-177 vipivotide tetraxetan) combined with standard of care reduced PSA progression risk by 58% in metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer patients. The company has filed regulatory submissions in the US, China, and Japan with decisions expected in H2 2026. Novartis is also expanding its radioligand therapy manufacturing network with construction underway at multiple US facilities.
