Neumora Therapeutics announced that its Phase 3 KOASTAL-2 and -3 studies of navacaprant failed to achieve primary endpoints for major depressive disorder treatment, leading the company to discontinue the program. The company is refocusing on three other clinical programs (NMRA-511, NMRA-898, and NMRA-215) and implementing a 35% workforce reduction to extend cash runway into Q3 2027.
