NCLA Tells Second Circuit: Stop New York City’s Unconstitutional Rideshare Tracking Regime

The New Civil Liberties Alliance filed an amicus brief with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit challenging New York City's Location Reporting Rules that require rideshare companies to provide precise location data on drivers and passengers to the Taxi and Limousine Commission without warrants.
