Mowi (OSE:MOWI): Notification of trade

Mowi ASA reports that primary insider Øyvind Oaland's 6,002 shares (valued at NOK 204.40 each) were sold due to an error in closing his securities trading account. The company also notes that Board members have purchased shares as partial remuneration. Mowi shares will trade ex-dividend of NOK 2.30 from August 28, 2026.
