MKS Commences Expansion of Guangzhou, China Equipment Manufacturing Facility

MKS Inc. announced a $25 million expansion of its Atotech equipment manufacturing facility in Guangzhou, China, increasing the site from 20,000 m² to 50,000 m². The expansion, launched in June 2026 and expected to complete in Q3 2027, will add 30 machining systems, create over 300 jobs, and boost production capacity to meet growing demand from manufacturers in Greater China and Southeast Asia.
