Micro Imaging Technology is pleased to Announce the Acquisition of Cellmyx

Micro Imaging Technology, Inc. (MMTC) announced the acquisition of Cellmyx, a 25-year-old manufacturer of medical tools for aesthetic, cosmetic surgery, and regenerative medicine. The acquisition complements MIT's previous acquisition of SaltMed/SaltFacial and strengthens the company's ability to expand and manufacture products nationally and worldwide. Cellmyx specializes in autologous adipose grafting and holds FDA clearance for its intelliFat® BOD™ technology for orthopedic and cosmetic procedures.
