Michael Handley Joins PetVivo Holdings, Inc. Board of Directors

PetVivo Holdings, Inc. announced the appointment of Michael K. Handley to its Board of Directors effective September 22, 2026. Handley is a life sciences executive with over 25 years of experience, having raised more than $700 million in capital and led transactions exceeding $4 billion. He replaces Joseph Jasper, who resigned from the board. The company continues to focus on commercializing innovative medical devices and therapeutics for companion animals, with its lead product SPRYNG® currently available for commercial sale.
