MediciNova CEO Provides Shareholder Update

MediciNova reported topline results from its Phase 2 trial of MN-001 (tipelukast) for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and hypertriglyceridemia, which did not achieve statistical significance on primary endpoints but showed encouraging signals including significant improvements in HDL cholesterol and early triglyceride reduction. The company also announced completion of patient enrollment in its Phase 2b/3 COMBAT-ALS trial for MN-166 (ibudilast), with topline results expected by year-end.
