Medicenna Completes Phase 1/2 ABILITY-1 Enrollment and Announces Webinar to Discuss Updated MDNA11 Results with Key Opinion Leaders

Medicenna Therapeutics has completed enrollment of 152 patients in its Phase 1/2 ABILITY-1 study evaluating MDNA11, a long-acting IL-2 Superkine for cancer treatment, both as monotherapy and in combination with Merck's pembrolizumab. Updated data will be presented at SITC 2026 on November 7th, with a key opinion leaders webinar scheduled for November 10th. Previous results showed objective response rates of 36% for MDNA11 monotherapy and 43% in combination with pembrolizumab.
