MediaAlpha Announces Chief Financial Officer Transition

MediaAlpha announced that Pat Thompson will step down as CFO on October 1, 2026, to be succeeded by Tigran Sinanyan, who previously served as CFO from 2015-2021. The company also raised its Q3 2026 guidance, expecting Revenue, Contribution, and Adjusted EBITDA to be at or above the top end of previously disclosed ranges.
