Libtayo® (cemiplimab) Longer-Term Data Show Increasing and Clinically Meaningful Overall Survival Benefit with Adjuvant Treatment in High-Risk Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma (CSCC)

Regeneron announced longer-term data (44-month follow-up) from the Phase 3 C-POST trial showing Libtayo (cemiplimab) as adjuvant treatment for high-risk cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma demonstrated a 37% reduction in risk of death compared to placebo, with sustained disease-free survival benefits. The drug was approved by the FDA in October 2025 and European Commission in November 2025 as the first immunotherapy for this indication.
