Le CHMP recommande l’approbation de TALVEY®▼ (talquetamab) de Johnson & Johnson, en association avec le daratumumab, dans une ligne de traitement plus précoce du myélome multiple en rechute/réfractaire

The European Medicines Agency's Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP) has recommended approval of Johnson & Johnson's TALVEY® (talquetamab) in combination with daratumumab, with or without pomalidomide, for treating relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (MMRR) from the second line of treatment onward. The Phase 3 MonumenTAL-3 trial demonstrated significant improvements in progression-free survival (81% at 24 months) and overall survival (89% at 24 months) compared to standard treatment, with manageable safety profiles consistent with individual drug profiles.
