A 2026 survey of 543 legal professionals reveals that 81% of lawyers feel more comfortable using AI when grounded in legal sources, up from 70% last year. While 94% of lawyers now use AI for legal work, concerns about accuracy and hallucinations remain high, with 83% worried about inaccurate or fabricated information. The findings show AI adoption is mainstream, with 74% using it weekly, though lawyers increasingly expect AI tools to support rather than replace professional judgment.
