Lakefront kondigt de verkoop aan van haar preklinische CAR-T-programma’s aan Armed Cell Therapeutics

Lakefront Biotherapeutics has completed the sale of its early-stage cell therapy pipeline to Armed Cell Therapeutics BV for an €8 million upfront payment plus up to $230 million in milestone payments and royalties. The transaction marks the near-completion of Lakefront's previously announced wind-down of cell therapy activities, allowing the company to focus on its T-cell engager pipeline while providing shareholders potential upside from Armed Cell's future progress.
